Fences provide privacy and protection for homeowner against intruding animals and trespassers. In neighborhoods with homes built close to each other like in Dallas, TX, fences are a must have for most homeowners. Even if current homeowner doesn't have a fence, it's a good bet the next owner of the lot will want one. Although the re-sale of a house with a fence cannot be increase by the cost of a new fence, a majority of new buyers will want the privacy a fence provides.

Many of our projects incorporate updating of old fences. A brand new garden surrounded by an old/broken fence is not ideal. It's best to at the very least, repair and re-stain the fence old fence.
